Customer satisfaction is very important to us, so we want to make sure that you have the latest information about this situation. If you have any questions about your MPG ratings, whether your vehicle is affected and eligible for reimbursement, or need information on how to apply for compensation which have not been addressed via this online process, please contact the Kia Fuel Economy Ratings Adjustment Program Center at 855.912.5648. Its hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 5 AM to 6 PM, PST.

Although the lifetime reimbursement program continues, Kia, through a recent class action settlement, is also offering the option of a single lump sum cash payment for those customers who would rather not return to a dealership to have their mileage verified. So, through either the one-time lump sum payment or original lifetime reimbursement program, customers have the option of being made fully whole for Kia’s ratings restatement.  For more information on the settlement and options for reimbursement, visit www.KiaMPGClassSettlement.com. If you have additional questions, you may contact Class Counsel Robert B. Carey at Hagens Berman Sobol Shapiro LLP, 11 W. Jefferson St., Suite 1000, Phoenix, AZ  85003.

For all other matters involving your Kia vehicle, please contact our Kia Consumer Assistance Center at 800-333-4KIA (4542) or online at www.kia.com (Contact Us).
